Being a quilter is not a requirement for  any of our trips.  We do offer special classes and often attend quilt shows.   We welcome friends, relatives, quilters and non-quilters alike.

With BB4U you experience wonderful hotels, sightseeing, meeting other quilters from US and Europe.  We have enjoyed fine food, comfortable rooms, some spectacular views from high hills and others from just outside our hotel.

We have visited abbeys, castles and beautiful gardens.  On a tour of Scotland we saw the Queen of England leaving from church.  We toured Sir Walter Scott's home and the beautiful gardens at Abbortsford House.

We have had quilter's evenings where we have met with local quilters and enjoyed sharing ideas and show and tell.  We've toured London, gone to the theater, and have taken a ride on River Themes.

The Italy trip to Umbria was great fun.  The villa is beautiful and we enjoyed our fabric painting class with Lynne Seaman of Great Britain.  I miss the olives, fresh pears and eating outside in the town square.  I loved touring the ancient walled towns that are still inhabited!   Thanks Ann for a wonderful trip.
ITALY TRIP FOR WRITERS AND BOOK LOVERS
No, it's not a quilt related tour, but this will be an amazing trip.  Maybe you've always wanted to see Italy..that's great, we'd love to have you join us.  "Britain Before You" owner, Ann Seamans has designed an escourted trip to Italy for avid readers who will travel with popular author, Gregory Maguire.  Maguire is finishing up his fourth novel, and is returning to Tuscany for research purposes.  He will hold informal discussions with trip participants.  He plans to talk about keeping a travel journal as well as the art of seeing a vignette and turning it into an episode in writing.   UPDATE:  This was a fanatasy of a tour.  The group stayed in a lovely villa with views of the mts.  Day trip to Venice and fantastic food!  We may go again so if you're hoping to go to Italy one day, keep us in mind.
